Rewarding oneself for accomplishments is necessary because it encourages us to work more toward our efforts to go forward. We all reward ourself one way or another, but some people feel that praise is their type of reward. Its as if they don't deserve that reward but accepting praise from others works for them and thats why some people insist that others look at what they've done, bought or worked for. Everyone deserves a reward to themselves because thats human nature, your can reward yourself without even realizing it by just getting your nails done, buy a new car, watch or clothing.
Setting goals is important to a business, but rewarding ourselves for attaining them is equally important. By giving ourselves something to look forward to, we can motivate ourselves to reach for the stars. Once we get there, we will be ready to aim even higher so that we can continue to reward ourselves.
When was the last time you bought something on impulse? Next time you really want to get something, why don’t you try to set it up as a reward? By doing this, you can motivate yourself to accomplish that task while giving yourself time to think about whether you really want it at all.
That's not to say that you have to buy yourself a new car for every goal you achieve. That could get rather expensive. But the reward should be appropriate considering how lofty the goal was and how much achieving it impacted your business.

Whats good about this?
Questions can have a powerful effect on your thinking, and
here's a question that can profoundly approve your
perspective. What's good about this?
When you see a news story, or hear about something that's
happened to a friend, or come across a challenge in your own
life, ask yourself. What's good about this?
Get in the habit of asking the question and you'll be
training your mind to always look for the answer. After a
while, without even asking, you'll immediately see the
positive aspect of every situation you encounter.
And that is indeed a powerful place to be. For when you can
zero in on the poistive possibilities, you have the
opportunity to create enormous value.
People who attain magnificent levels of achievement live in
exactly the same world as those who never seem to go
anywhere. One big difference is that high achievers have
learned to see real value where others see nothing but dead
ends and despair.
Choose to be the person who sees the poistive possibilities
by remembering to ask this question, whatever the situation
may be. What's good about this?
